Epic. My day was epic!
First waking up to the beauty of the 100 Wild islands. Untouched white sand beaches and picture perfect greenery. Over 250 kilometres of shoreline that has been undisturbed for almost 10,000 years.
I would love to take my time to explore and discover new treasures here.
Then kayaking in a handmade Inuit Kayak, then … the honour of being allowed to cook alongside Chef Stefan Mueller, executive chef at the Delta Hotel in Moncton, NB.
THEN, to share the dinner with the C3 team, how amazing.
